Your unit is currently flashed with a hyundai-kia firmware. Heres the current status of your unit: https://fortin.ca/support/001a06571643/ I dont know whom you purchased it from or if you have the Flash Link Updater, but that unit needs to be flashed with the proper firmware for Ford.

Honestly, this type of thing isnt really for end-user install. As per Robert's comments your module was not properly flashed (programmed) before trying to install it.

This is not any fault of Fortin's or the product itself.

This would be the fault of whomever sold you the unit and maybe didnt ask the right questions. And you did not have the proper tools (Flashlink) to check / program the unit. You read the instructions that tell you it needs a specific firmware version right?

Your first source of support should be the place you bought it from. If that was ebay or some other internet source, then buyer beware. Use a local shop who can properly flash the kit for you if that is the case.
