Hello,

What is the service number to the module?

EVO-ALL

SN: 001A07 004370

Try performing a master reset first: https://www.wirecolor.com/en/qa/50193/faq-how-do-i-reset-my-evo-all?show=50193#q50193

Then re enable the vehicle specific options and program the evo from start to finish including dcryptor.

Do I have to plug in the datalink connector from the FLASH LINK UPDATER or in the vehicle?
Yes, plug the flasher into the evo to make the changes suggested. Make sure the evo is completly disconnected from the vehicle when its plugged into the flasher.
I've followed the reset directions.

Flasher in Bypass mode.

I plug the 4 wire black datalink connector while holding the button.

The red light turns on, detecting the unit....loading module data...i release the button,  press the button again, the red light is on. 3 LEDs not start to alternate.

In flasher Remote-Starter mode, EVO not detected.
I tried the fw 4.08, the same.
The reset is done in the vehicle. Not at the flash link....
If you do not run the FlashLink Manager , when the EVO is connected to the flasher, it is the same. No reset, always lit red.
Now I will try in the vehicle.
Here's what happened: pressed the button, inserted the connector - the LEDs start to alternate. Let go of the button - lit red. Again, pressed the button - the LEDs start to alternate quickly faster and went out. Did the reset  is finished?
Reset - ok.

Left fw 4.08

I re-enabled the vehicle specific options and programmed the evo from start to finish, including the dcryptor.  The same.

Reset the EVO.

Updated version to 86.01 again.

Re-enabled the vehicle specific options and programmed the evo from start to finish.

Dcryptor - DCRYPTOR'S LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED FOR THIS CAR

AND WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Can you unblock the Dcryptor in my module?
I have sent the request to have the dcryptor reset.

It should be good to go within 24 hours.
The Dcryptor is still not unlocked.

The Dcryptor is still locked.

I apologize. I have resent the request and marked it urgent. It should be done by end of day.

Dcryptor ok. Thank you very much.

But there is no result. REMOTE START DOES NOT WORK. Error is displayed "ELECTRICAL SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED".

How many Dcryptor attempts have I got?
What else can you advise?
I believe its set at 2.

My other suggestion would be to call in when you have the module and the vehicle so we can properly diagnose the issue over the phone.

Derek, thank you very much for your support. But before diagnosing the issue over the phone, I want to clarify:

During starting process module does not provide GND control signal on A15 (pink black wire) to turn on ignition by energizing corresponding relay. But if I extract this wire and connect it to the chassis of the car in right time of starting process - engine starts and bypass made by module is working!
There is no (-) signal on the A15 out to turn on ignition!

Try turning off option G and re test.

Or perhaps try antoher module?

G option disabled. Did not help. REMOTE START DOES NOT WORK. There is no (-) signal on the A15 out to turn on ignition!

Can I take this minus signal from another output or invert plus?

This is the third module.....

At the A15 out constant +12 V: when the car is off, when  turn on the ignition PTS button or remote start with the OEM remote/RF kit.

"This is the third module....."

If that is the case I would re check the wiring. If you are continously blowing modules then something in the installation is causing that to happen.

"Can I take this minus signal from another output or invert plus?"

That output is programmed by the firmware. It cannot be taken from another wire.

I don’t think that all three modules are blown, I think that for some reason firmware do not control A15 correctly & therefore can’t energize relay, so can you suggest any reason why that happens? What connections should be at least done for correct working of A15 OUT?  why is it always 12 V ?
Per your testing and answer it is not outputting a ground when remote started.

I have 0 reports of this issue on this car.

What is the complete vin number to the vehicle please.
JMBXTGK1WJz022190
I am un able to run that vin are you sure its correct?

What country is the vehicle in/from?

JMBXTGK1WJZ022190

Russian Federation

JMBXTGK1WJZ022190

I cannot look that vin up here as it does not exist in the north american data base.

This is probably why it is not working. We have never seen or tested this version of the eclipse cross.
So your modules only work on cars for the North American market?
No, but we have never tested the RU eclipse cross as we are not based in russia.
