Heater/AC stays on after everything is supposed to be off

Question

The orange wire seems to be providing power to the heater circuit even after everything shuts down. I have option 31 set to mode 4 like it says in the directions. Any suggestions? wiring has been checked and rechecked.

 

I notice another person with the same setup in a Nissan has asked the same question in March, but I did not see an answer.

Yes, I just tapped into the Pink wire and the HVAC works as it should. It comes on (if it is left on) when remote startiing and shuts off as it should once vehilce is turned off. For some reason the orange wire that was supposed to be programmed as an accessory wire supplies constant power coming from EVO-one no matter which mode I programmed it for.

so the orange wire is constant 12 volts no matter the state of the vehicle?
