Toyota Corolla 2011 G Key Made In Canada-evo one not working

Question

Instalation Evo One to Corolla 2011 G key ,Ignition conector difrent color wires ,and only one wire to start( guide 23011 two wires for start).Problem is to program bypass like guide 23011-no flashing red/blue and after blue when ignition on.

Check the connection of the light blue/black wire at the obd connector, and look carefully OBDII connector is viewer from front, not on wire side.
