2018 F250 superduty Diesel Runtime doesnt work more than 30min

Question

I’m work in a Dealership and installed a EVOALL Standalone in 2018 Ford F250 SuperDuty Diesel 6.7l, the module starter the car, but the runtime option doest work good.

I already programmed runtime for 30min, but within 15min the car turn off the engine, but the led’s in EVOALL and parking light stay on for 30min, it’s like the ECM turn off the engine.

I already tried with another evo all, but doesnt work.
