Evo-all is wired and programmed seemingly correct, but not starting

I have a 2016 Mazda 3 Automatic that I've wired with the EVO-ALL module and MAZT1 T-harness. It is wired and programmed but it doesn't start.

Wiring: Using the diagram #62681, I spliced the 20 pin harness light blue wire A20 into the 32pin #9 for door lock data and the light blue/black wire into the 32pin #8 for the data key. The rest is connected with plug n play t-harness and I wired the parking lights as described as well. Also, I made sure the dark blue wire A8 for the hood pin is grounded properly.

Programming the module: I went through steps 1-12, received feedback appropriately and used the dcryptor. Then repeated those steps, got the flashing blue and red feedback, proceeded with the final steps of can-bus programming and again received the correct feedback with the blinking blue lights.

When I leave the car, I use the lock-unlock-lock (this is how I chose to program the settings) on my oem remote. I can visually see the module flash blue with each input of the remote through my car window, but then nothing happens. My only concern is that I tried to program it too many times as I initially thought I could use the single key install guide, then had difficulty with my second key with switching the programming method and thus had to have Fortin reset my module since the dcryptor had been used 3 times. Is there something else I can do to get this working such as a simple setting change? I truly think all the wires are in the right place and since I got the light feedback from the device while programming the keys, it seems like it should work.

what is the 12 digit service number of the module?

If nothing happens after lock-unlock-lock, make sure options C1 and D1 are actually enabled. No red light turning on at all kind of points towards one of those options not being enabled.

Thanks for the response. My SN is 001A07 150675. I do have both C1 and D1 enabled.

First, make sure to do the hood jumper indicated in the guide if the car is not equipped with a factory hood switch. Then

Follow these steps.

1. RESET the EVO: https://fortin.ca/en/qa/50193/faq-how-do-i-reset-my-evo-all

2. Go straight to the computer and run the dcryptor

3. Once dcryptor is done, go through your options and click Save

4. Go back to car and program ONLY the last part with the blue led.

5. take keys out of car and at least 10 ft away, close doors and test

If it still fails, you need to count how many times the red led flashes after attempting to remote start. The number of flashes indicates the reason why it failed.

Yep, I have the dark blue wire grounded for the hood switch.

I reset the evo, then ran the dcryptor. It tried to complete the process but shows a message saying "invalid key data - the immobilizer data received from the module is incomplete. Please try again..."
if you have the dark blue on the evo, A8, grounded, that's one of your problems.

The wire (actually an empty pin) to be grounded is on the car in the fuse box under the hood. Check the install guide.
you are having problems with the dcryptor now because you changed firmwares and redcrypted a couple of times. The dcryptor is lost in what you are trying to do.

I would suggest getting the unit replaced. It is stil lgood for any other car, but not that one.
Thank you for your assistance, if you could just clarify for me to make sure I'm understanding the 62681 diagram correctly: Dark blue wire A8 goes to the hood pin and then to the switch provided with the kit, then it should be grounded right? I'm somewhat unsure as to how this part relates to ] the part that's in the fuse box.

In the fuse box, it looks like a wire is inserted into the empty pin spot #11 (diagram section 4A) and goes to the grounded spot #7 (diagram section 4B) but then it looks like this wire has an arrow to connect to another part? Perhaps to the rest of the pin/switch wiring?

Sorry for this confusion, though I've done my fair share of electrical work in the past I clearly misunderstood this harness as being fully plug 'n play and should have purchased the THAR-One-Maz3 kit instead.

Also, yes I will replace the evo-all module with a new one. Thanks again
