Evo-All Unlock turns on ignition for a few seconds?

I have the Fortin ftx-44-2w RF kit with the Evo-All and the Ford T-harness. Whenever I unlock using the RF remote I hear the fuel pump turn on, the radio turns on, and the dash comes on as if the ignition is being turned on. Also I can not get the 3x lock to remote start the truck, but the RF remote will start the truck.

The ignition turning on for a second is to disarm the oem alarm and is normal operation.

When pressing lock on the factory remote does the blue LED flash on the module with each press ?
