Do I need anything additional to remote start an Elantra besides EVO-ALLl and RFALL641w?

I wanted to use the evo-all with the rf kit to remote start my 2013 Elantra regular key. Do I need a separate remote starter? If so, what options are recommended?

Yes you will need a seperate remote starter.

The easiest option is to replace your EVOALL for a EVOONE which will manage everything.
