Does the door lock wires need to be used

Installed RS-160_EDP+ with Key-Override-all but not able to get the OEM keys to start remote start when pressed 3 times.  Does the door lock and unlock wires need to be installed?

With that setup yes. the RS-160 most likely has some activation inputs that need to be wired. Refer to their installation manual for that as it is not part of the key-override-all features.
