Updated EVO ALL to firmware 70.24 and now factory alarm goes off when D2 is selcted. With out D2 car will not start

Is there a problem with firmware update 70.24 for 13 Chevy Cruze

quick and easy, downgrade the firmware (lets say 70.18), reporgram, try it out.  

I see a failed at dcrpyot as well in the unit. Which explain a bit whats going on.

There are two programming types available for htese cars. It's one or the other but not  both.
